BEST INTERVIEW EVER PERIOD…!!!! So much respect for the legend…..this interview was amazing in that it allowed him to be so natural…… I think every new school D.J. should be required to watch this before they can play a gig LOL To see passion in a man of his stature for the music after so many years and ZERO ego attitude is refreshing—-

  9. djelectroespic says:

Frankie Bones is without doubt A LEGEND!!! anyone who thinks they know about this style of music and does not know who he is should do their homework and get up to date.

I love the fact that Frankie Bones mentions Jellybean Benitez as one of his motivators into this music

    on the EDM Nightlife Show.

  17. EDM Nightlife Show says:

It’s not every day that you run into a DJ playing for as long as Frankie
Bones. The guy is a legend, coined the acronym P.L.U.R…

  18. AlrisNY says:

Simply a legend. My Factory tapes are good memories straight from Groove Records Avenue U Brooklyn.

  24. ThoughtControl says:

    fucking clown shoes.

    His tracks are ghost written.

and he’s not even a solid dj.

  25. Michael Savant says:

“I took all the money I made from that party and threw another party, then i took the money from that party and bought a bunch of meth, who knows what happened next, maybe ask the people that wrote my music for me?”

  26. Michael Savant says:

Dude “created” a scene, then ruined it with drugs, gangs, and violence. Its like expecting me to respect my dad that made me then beat me, got me hooked on drugs, and ruined my life.

  27. Justin Time says:

Excuse me, can someone please pick that up…..? Frankie Bones just dropped knowledge in this interview.

  28. Tres Brazell says:

totally agree, that dude doing the interview is clueless…

  29. illusional1 says:

i wouldn’t know what to say watching that. is the guy’s name on the right “Elmer” ? seen and met way more impressive Legends in Graff and Dj’in and Producing/making music. Comedygold….

  31. Zach Schick says:

Peace Love Unity Respect is now a world wide phenomena. Beat that!

  32. John Dinca says:

Why all the hate? The Factory mixes were really great and he could really DJ back then. Maybe the drugs were too prevalent and he went down the wrong way, but even if Bam Bam or whoever ghost wrote some tracks props to him for pushing the old school tech house.

  33. MultiShitbags says:

    Called trolls..Its the net.

  34. Collin Velarde says:

4 dislikes? Must have been that homo Savant.

  35. Michael Bevilacqua says:

This man destroyed most of the parties I went to in my youth. And owned my tape and vinyl collection for decades after.

  36. Spacework says:

Loved all Bones tracks, big influence to me…….had to sample him just once or twice :O)

  37. RIOTSOUND says:

Nice interview — the music always speaks for itself, so if you have any
doubts whatsoever, just listen — its easy to hate, its much harder to
    create.

  38. teknomogul says:

cocaine is a hell of a drug.

  39. kevin williams says:

A you serious the interviewer ain’t got no idea about anything he is asking
frank….. Wealth of knowledge just get rid of the interviewer he is bad

  40. andy wylde says:

As Frankie stated in this vid, “There is no underground anymore” Hence,
there are no raves anymore! So for these new skool edc festival/concert
    goers, stop calling those raves!
