Camel Audio is known for great libraries and VST plugins in the world of music production, of course mostly in the genres of EDM (electronic dance music). “Minimal Techno” is the 27th quality library by the company, one could produce an amazing range of music using Camel Audio software and sounds alone. Minimal techno is a genre that is often confused with tech house (by the non-genre-scientists) for it is indeed similar in sound but is different. Featuring 75 presets and 264MB of new samples, including “classic” 808 and 909 samples for drum kits and 101 and 303 acid bass lines, plus a selection of “tightly-edited micro kits, a host of essential grooves, and plenty of inventive effects to create your own minimal moods, this sample pack will surely not disappoint the avid producer.

Minimal Techno has been a favorite in clubs, especially in Europe, Ibiza has been headlining the biggest and best in the genre on a regular basis. The US is a little behind in appreciating the gems of the genre, when it comes to mass appeal, at least. Las Vegas clubs and lounges often host DJs who blast “minimal” - as it is dubbed for short -, the genre is perfect for percussionists to play along with a live DJ simultaneously.
